My Grandfather

I am so glad I came across this site telling of my Grandfather and other airmen's rescue from the Nazis after being shot down over Yugoslavia Jul 9th,1944. His name was Leonard Pritchett ie: Texas Strawboss. I have only recently discovered he was an engineer on Richard Felmans' B-24, Never A Dull Moment. I have his photo album with alot of pictures from his days in the 98th BG of the 415th Bomb squad. Next to a photo of General Michailovski theres a photo of the funeral of one of their crew members. The name on the cross is Thomas P. Lovett, in case a family member reads this and would like the photo, he was the ball gunner. I would love to see a photo of their ship as I have a alot of photos but none of "Never A Dull Moment". I am told my grandfather kept in touch with family over the years that hid him from the Nazis, so I know he would be glad to know they are being recognized. And I personally want to thank them and others who risked their lives to bring my grandfather home. JohnP.
